At 1000 Nail Art (also written 1OOO Nail Art), every customer deserves the perfect fit. Our custom sizing system is designed to recommend the most suitable nail size based on the photos you submit during registration.

Custom Sizing

  • Our sizing recommendations are generated based on the finger photos provided by customers.
  • To ensure the most accurate results, please follow our photo submission guidelines carefully.
  • While we strive to recommend the best possible fit, individual preferences and nail shapes may vary.
  • Sizing recommendations are provided as a guide and do not guarantee an exact fit in every case.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and our custom sizing service, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect sizing resulting from unclear, inaccurate, or incorrectly submitted photos
  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item
  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

As every set of nails is handmade and custom-made specifically for you, processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees charged by their local authorities.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

While we are happy to assist in contacting the courier, 1000 Nail Art (also written 1OOO Nail Art) is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, or packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
